About Me: I am married to Tom (who I met when I bought a house from him) and have a 4 year old stepdaughter who always makes me laugh. I'm a Process Improvement Manager for O2 so I'm a jack-of-all-trades, but love it. Most of my hobbies revolve around socialising - eating, drinking, cinema, shopping, nights in and nights out.... I love Pasta, Florida, Bacardi and my favourite colour is purple. I don't like rudeness, smoking or daddy-longlegs.

How I Know Mark: I met Mark when he came to work on our team and he was a breath of fresh air - the words 'giddy' and 'enthusiastic' do not come close! I quickly realised that Mark took a great deal of pride in his work and was always keen to make a good impression with everybody. Good at his job, ambitious and a fun-bobby too, what more could you ask for. I was delighted when he was promoted, but I admit I was gutted too - our team was far too quiet without him!

Funniest Story: There are loads of times I've laughed with (or at!) Mark. From the 'VO5 Best Customer of the Year Award' to piggy back rides at Wireless festival - it all makes me smile. I doubt I will ever meet another guy who has his face painted as Frankenstein or even as a Fairy - he would do anything for a laugh.

My Contribution to MGF: I have 2 MGF 'hats'. My primary role is as Treasurer, but I also lend a hand as a volunteer at fundraising events. It's a great opportunity to talk to the public about TC, and to thank them for getting involved.
